Logging into your Snapfix account is simple and quick. Follow the steps below to access your account and troubleshoot any login issues.
If you are a new user to Snapfix, you should have received a link by email or SMS to login to your account for the first time. Your Organisation will enter your details for you in order to receive this link. Please contact your Company Manager if you require a Snapfix account.
Steps to Log Into Your Snapfix Account
1. Go to the Snapfix Login Page
- Open your web browser.
- Open the App or navigate to to web.snapfix.com
2. Enter Your Credentials
- Email or Phone Number: Enter the email or phone number linked to your Snapfix account.
- Click 'Next'
- Password: Input your password.
3. Click ‘Log In’
- Press the ‘Log In’ button to access your Snapfix account.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
🔹 Forgot Your Password?
- Click ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login page.
- Enter your email or phone number and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
🔹 Didn't Receive Your Verification Email?
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address.
- Try resending the verification email via your profile settings.
