Reset Account Password

Not logged-in
  1. Open the app and on the Login screen, tap/click the Reset Password link
    Note: If you are on the registration screen, go to the Login screen first by tapping the link at the bottom.

  2. Enter your email or phone number that you used for your Snapfix account.

  3. A temporary password will be sent to you either via email or SMS
    NOTE: the email might end up in your Spam inbox.

  4. Upon your next login using the temporary password, you’ll be prompted to update the temporary password by providing a new password. 

Logged-in

  1. Navigate to My Profile through the top left menu icon.
  2. Find Change Password.
  3. Add your current password and then set the new desired password and repeat it.
    If you don't remember your current password, use the logout and password reset steps mentioned above.
