The Rooms View is a feature that organises all Snapfix tasks by individual rooms, providing a clear overview of tasks categorised by their status:​

  • Red: New tasks
  • Yellow: In-progress tasks
  • Green: Completed tasks​

This organisation enables users to quickly assess and manage tasks within each room.​

How Do I Set Up Rooms in Snapfix?

For Account Admins:

  1. Access the Web Application:

    • Log in to your Snapfix account on the web platform.​
  2. Navigate to Account Management:

    • Click on 'Manage Snapfix Account'.​
  3. Manage Rooms:

    • Select the 'Manage Rooms' tab.​
    • Here, you can add, edit, or remove rooms as needed.​

How Do I Assign a Room to a Task?

Within a Task:

  1. Open the Desired Task:

    • Navigate to the task you wish to assign a room to.​
  2. Assign Room:

    • Within the task details, locate the room assignment option.​
    • Select the appropriate room from the list.​

How Can I Filter Tasks by Room?

In a Group View:

  1. Access the Group:

    • Navigate to the group containing the tasks.​
  2. Apply Room Filter:

    • Use the filter option to select one or multiple rooms.​
    • The task list will update to display tasks relevant to the selected room(s).​
