Please note, to invite a user who does NOT yet have a Snapfix account created, you can use your Snapfix Web: www.snapfix.com
Follow these simple steps to invite a user, who does NOT already have a Snapfix account:
1) On the web app, choose the group you wish to add the user to, and go to the Group settings using the ‘settings’ icon.
2) Go to the Users tab.
3) Tap the ‘Add Users’ button.
4) Tap on “New user (not in below list)”.
5) Use the Email address or Phone number that the User will use for their account.
6) Tap the “Add User to Group” button.
7) Tap the “Add selected user(s)” button.
8) If there is no Snapfix account yet for this email address or phone number, you can send them an invite by email or SMS. There is no password or code within the invitation email/SMS.
9) The user needs to create their own account by downloading Snapfix from the App Store - or using the website: web.snapfix.com/register . The user will need to use the same email address or phone number that was used in the invitation.
Once the user registers on Snapfix, they will automatically be added to the group(s) they were invited into.
NOTE: The user will be set up with the default user permissions. Any Admin of the group can adjust those user permissions.
