Why Was My Payment Declined?

Occasionally your payment details can run out. For example, Credit Card is expired or the address was updated. 

At any point of time you can update payment details.

  1. Log into Snapfix at web.snapfix.com
  2. Navigate to the Business account tab in the left side menu
  3. Open the Subscription tab
  4. Here you’ll see the payment details and you can edit them
