What are Frozen Tasks?
Frozen Tasks are tasks that haven’t been viewed or updated in the past 90 days. These tasks are automatically archived from the mobile apps only, helping keep your task list clean and easy to manage.
Are Frozen Tasks deleted?
No. Frozen Tasks are never deleted. They remain fully accessible on the Snapfix web app and in any reports.
How can I access a Frozen Task again?
Simply view or update the task on the web app. It will instantly reappear in your mobile app and remain there unless it's inactive again for another 90 days.
Why does Snapfix archive these tasks?
It’s all about a visual clean up to keep your mobile app organised and clutter free, making it easier to focus on what’s important.
What if I need to find an old task on the mobile app?
Just head to the web app, view or update the task, and it will come back to your mobile app immediately.
What if I need to permanently unfreeze a task?
We have already excluded some types of tasks from being frozen. If there are tasks that you need to permanently thaw, please contact our support team by email with full details of your account and the task group. We will carefully consider your request, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfil it. Tasks remain fully available on the web app.
