Unjust/Unknown Charges

Snapfix subscription plans are auto renewed. Options are Monthly or Annually. At any point in time you can adjust the frequency or downgrade your plan.

  1. Log into Snapfix at web.snapfix.com
  2. Navigate to the Business account tab in the left side menu
  3. Open the Subscription tab
  4. Here you’ll see the subscription plans and you can adjust them
