1. Create Asset Registers
Organise your assets into registers such as:
- Lifts
- Boilers
- HVAC
- Vehicles
- Fire Systems
Each register has its own customisable asset fields.
2. Add Asset Details
For each asset:
- Add a name, image, and criticality status (via RYG indicators)
- Set key attributes (e.g. serial number, install date)
- Upload related documents (manuals, certificates)
3. Enable QR/Barcode/SmartTag
- Tag each asset with a QR Code or barcode (mobile only)
- Scanning it allows instant access to asset info or task creation
4. Assign a Template Checklist (Optional)
Automatically include a predefined checklist in each new task created from an asset.
