🛠️ How to Set Up Track

1. Create Asset Registers

Organise your assets into registers such as:

  • Lifts
  • Boilers
  • HVAC
  • Vehicles
  • Fire Systems

Each register has its own customisable asset fields.

2. Add Asset Details

For each asset:

  • Add a name, image, and criticality status (via RYG indicators)
  • Set key attributes (e.g. serial number, install date)
  • Upload related documents (manuals, certificates)

3. Enable QR/Barcode/SmartTag

  • Tag each asset with a QR Code or barcode (mobile only)
  • Scanning it allows instant access to asset info or task creation

4. Assign a Template Checklist (Optional)

Automatically include a predefined checklist in each new task created from an asset.

Yes! Simply tap the “Tasks” icon from within an asset to see related active and scheduled tasks.

Can I scan an asset to view its details?

Yes. You can use the ‘+’ icon to scan a QR, barcode or SmartTag and:

  • Instantly view the asset
  • Create a task for the asset

Can I add documents to an asset?

Yes. Use the “Docs” icon to upload manuals, certificates, inspection reports and more.

What types of attributes can I track?

Each asset register can have custom fields such as:

  • Location
  • Model number
  • Warranty dates
  • Vendor details

Can I customise the asset setup per location?

Yes. Asset Registers can be tailored per building, site or category, and you can filter by priority, criticality, or tag.
