🌍 Snapfix Language Settings FAQ

🔹 What languages is the Snapfix platform available in?

The Snapfix platform is currently available in 7 languages:

  • English (Default)

  • Armenian (Հայերեն)

  • Portuguese (Português)

  • Hindi (हिंदी)

  • Lithuanian (Lietuvių)

  • Russian (Русский)

  • Spanish (Español)

You can also type freely in any language in editable areas such as group names, task names, chats, and notes.

 

Our support desk is available in English and Hindi. 

🔹 How do I change the language setting?

You can change your language preference in the Profile section of the Snapfix app:

  1. Tap your user icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Under Languages, tap Change Language.

🔹 Can I request an additional language?

Yes! Please email us at support@snapfix.com and we’ll add your request to our list for future updates.
