When a user adds someone else, an account is created for them. There is no need to Register for a new account. Just login with the email address that was used to invite you and the temporary password that was included in the invitation email.
NOTE: Make sure to check your Spam folder as the email occasionally ends up there.
If this does not work, use the reset password to request a new password with the registered email address.
