Tags are a very efficient way of classifying tasks, and allows you take a deeper dive into the data to identify trends and patterns. For example you can tag a task to Room 22, and later you can filter on all tasks in Room 22.
To tag a task:
- Open the task
- Just above your first photo, you will see the Snapfix “Toolbar” with 4 icons in it. The first icon is the # icon, which represents “Tags”.
- When you tap on the # icon, a popup will appear allowing you a number of options. For example you can tag the task to a Room/Location e.g. Room 22), or to a piece of equipment (e.g. The elevator), or a category (e.g. Electrical).
- You can choose one or more tags from each tag-heading. You will see them displayed under the first photo.
- Later, when you are reviewing all your tasks, you can use the Snapfix “Toolbar” to filter your tasks on the relevant tags (e.g. how me all tasks for Room 22).
NOTE: The Admin of the Group can customize the Tag Headers and the Tags, and import them from a CSV file.
