When a clean is rejected: the Correction clean
What happens after an inspector rejects a room, and what to do next.
If an inspector rejects a room, Snapfix creates two new tasks for it straight away:

- Correction clean : the inspector's note is copied into its Notes, so you can see exactly what to fix. -
- Correction inspection : this stays locked until the Correction clean is green.
What to do
- Open the Correction clean and read the note.
- Tap yellow, fix what the note says, then tap green.
- The Correction inspection unlocks so the inspector can check the room again.
A locked Correction inspection is expected. It is waiting for your clean, not broken.
