Housekeeping in Snapfix: the daily flow

Snapfix turns each room that needs cleaning into a task. Here is the journey a room takes in a normal day.

1. The task appears. Your housekeeping manager plans the day in the Snapfix web app. Cleaning tasks are shared across the team on today's schedule.
2. You start the clean. Open the task on your phone and tap the yellow circle. The task is now in progress.
3. You work through the checklist. The checklist card on the task shows how far through you are.
4. You finish the clean. Tap the green circle. The task is completed.
5. The inspection unlocks. Green on the clean unlocks the inspection for that room. The inspector checks the room and approves it, or rejects it with a note.
6. If the room is rejected, Snapfix creates a Correction clean with the inspector's note, and a Correction inspection that stays locked until the Correction clean is green.
