A team's housekeeping feed is empty

If a whole team suddenly sees no housekeeping tasks in their feed, the most common cause is that the Housekeeping Cleaning Tasks group has been archived.

1. In the Snapfix web app, open your groups.
2. Find Housekeeping Cleaning Tasks and check whether it is archived.
3. If it is, unarchive it. Tasks show again in the team's feed.

Please do not rename or archive the housekeeping groups Snapfix set up for you. Other parts of housekeeping rely on their names.
