Start and finish a cleaning task
Use the red, yellow and green circles to show where you are.
Every cleaning task has three circles at the top: red, yellow and green. The filled circle shows the task's status.
- Red: to do. Nobody has started yet.
- Yellow: in progress.
- Green: completed.
Start a clean
- Open the task from your task list.
- Tap the yellow circle when you go into the room.
Finish a clean
- Work through the checklist on the task.
- Tap the green circle when the room is done.
The task's Activity list records each change: New tasks, Tasks in progress and Completed tasks, with who made the change and when.
Why it matters: green on a clean is what unlocks the inspection for that room, so tap it as soon as you finish.
