Why an inspection is locked
Inspections wait for the clean. Here is how it works.
An inspection shows a grey room tile and a lock until the clean on that room is completed. This is how Snapfix makes sure nobody inspects a room that is still being cleaned.
- When the housekeeper taps green on the clean, the inspection unlocks and shows its Approval Request.
- A Correction inspection works the same way: it unlocks when the Correction clean is green.
- Inspections are planned for 5 minutes in the schedule.
If an inspection stays locked after the clean is green, ask the housekeeper to check the clean really shows green, then pull down to refresh. If it is still locked, contact Snapfix support with the room number and the time.
