Approve or reject an inspection
For inspectors: use the Approval Request to pass a room or send it back with a note.
When a clean is completed, the inspection for that room unlocks and shows an Approval Request with who completed the clean and when.
Approve
Tap the blue tick. The inspection turns green and the Activity list shows Task Approved.
Reject
- Tap the X.
- In the Note box, say what needs fixing, for example "Clean sink".
- Tap Reject Task.
Snapfix then creates a Correction clean in your name with your note, and a Correction inspection that stays locked until the Correction clean is green. When it unlocks, it has its own Approval Request.
Write the note for the person who will read it: what, where and how you will check.
